What is the meaning of life?

It's like asking "what is the point of being in a mother's womb?" It is to prepare for life beyond what we know. It is impossible to know our true purpose while we are still here and why we suffer, but we do know that God will reward us according to how we lived on Earth.

What should I do?
the best thing u can do is nothing. but u have to do it right. just sit in nature or outside or even in ur room, remove all distractions (turn off yo phone) and spend 15-60 minutes "doing nothing" that means feeling ur emotions, asking urself why you feel that way, processing what happened in ur day, being grateful for ur blessings, etc. all the extra stimulus from social media is unneeded noise
pray the rosary every day. or the divine chaplet. always pray for an increase in your faith. always pray for your family and friends and enemies that they may all increase in faith as well.
it doesn't really matter what you do. as long as you take action today and be present in the now, you will be right where you need to be.
